TamperColor¨ tamper-evident security films Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standard:

1. MSDS (US OSHA): TamperColor¨ is classified as an article and is thus exempt from providing a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) under the US Occupational Safety and Health AdministrationÕs (OSHA) Hazardous Communications Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(b)(6)(v).

2. CPSIA 2008: TamperColor¨ does not require a general conformity certification per the US Consumer Product Safety Act. It does not contain lead, lead in paint, six regulated phthalates (DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DIDP, DnOP), or similar surface-coating materials in amounts exceeding specified limits.

3. US FALCPA: TamperColor¨ does not contain any components listed in the United States Food Allergy Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004.

4. US FDA: This product does not meet the requirements outlined in the United States Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) Code of Federal Regulations 21 CFR for food contact applications.

5. CONEG: TamperColor¨ complies with the US Coalition of Northeastern Governors' (CONEG) Model Toxics in Packaging Legislation as it does not contain intentionally added lead, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, or mercury, and the total concentration of these substances does not exceed 100 ppm by weight.

6. California Proposition 65: TamperColor¨ complies with Proposition 65, as its reasonably anticipated use does not result in exposure to any Proposition 65 chemicals warranting a warning.

7. EU REACH: This product is considered an article without an intended release of chemical substances under European Regulation No 1907/2006 (REACH). It is not subject to pre-registration or registration requirements and does not require a safety data sheet. It also does not contain substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) at greater than 0.1% by weight.

8. RoHS 3 (EU 2015/863): TamperColor¨ adheres to the maximum concentration values (MCVs) specified in EU Directive 2015/863/EC regarding the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) in Electrical and Electronic Equipment.

9. Halal and Kosher: TamperColor¨ has not received certification for being Halal or Kosher.

10. China RoHS: This product or its components do not exceed the maximum concentration values (MCVs) specified in SJ/T 11363-2006, pertaining to the prevention and control of pollution from the production of electronic information products in China.

11. Chemicals and Compounds of Interest: A list of 211 SVHC chemicals or chemical compounds that are not intentionally added to TamperColor¨ products is provided, with test results indicating their absence.

12. Chemicals of Concern: Additional chemicals, including lead, cadmium, and various phthalates, are reported as being below-specified concentration limits.
