- Facestock: 2 mil opaque white semi-gloss TC-treated polyester – excellent tear strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to UV, chemicals, abrasion, and heat. Rated for 5–10+ years in harsh conditions.
- Adhesive: 0.9 mil clear solvent acrylic permanent – aggressive bonding to low-surface-energy plastics (HDPE, polypropylene), metals, and painted surfaces with minimal edge lift.
- Liner: 3.2 mil supercalendered paper for smooth, bubble-free application.
- Total Thickness: 6.1 mils – balances ruggedness with conformability on curved surfaces.
